The System - Sure Frame is an innovative framing system and construction process which employs pre-engineered panels to produce a unique post-frame building.  Precision cut materials are shipped to the building site and the finished panel is assembled onsite on a specially designed jig table.  Trained crews then interlock the panels creating whole wall sections.

Save Money and Time - The advantages of choosing the Sure Frame panel over traditional stick built include substantial money and time savings in the form of reduced field labor and reduced material cost.  Plus, you will have a finished structure of greater quality with stronger truss connections and a stronger building frame.  Another distinct advantage is greater safety for field crew since most of the work is done at ground level.  An additional money saving advantage of the Sure Frame system is the use of low cost equipment for handling the panels.

The Versatility - This process works very well on concrete, either floating slabs or frost-walls, or a wood deck.  Sure Frame panels are constructed in 8 to10 feet wide bays with walls up to 16 feet in height.  The exterior may be anything and everything from our exclusive Wick roll-formed steel panels, vinyl or wood siding, Board and Batten, or brick veneer.

The Models - There are currently ten home designs ranging in size from 1,792 to 2,048 square feet with two or three car garages.  Additionally, there are designs for EMS buildings, churches, assisted living apartments and commercial office buildings.

The home designs include the Delta and Delta II each with three bedrooms and a master bath.  The Highlander offers a great room and eat-in kitchen.  The Cimarron’s amenities include an open dining and kitchen layout and large family room.  The Mount Everest and Bayside have the largest living rooms at 24′x 15′, you pick where you want the bedrooms.  Other options for room layouts include the Avalon, Tall Grass, Evergreen and the Virginian.  Each model comes standard with a covered front porch, walk-in closets, and laundry rooms.
